Throughout the years, this dish has unquestionably saved my life. I was initially introduced to this delectable salad a few years ago by my sister Debra. There are only a few ingredients and it is quite inexpensive to create. Homemade salads can occasionally be pretty pricey, but not this one. It's definitely a budget breaker and a show stopper on any table.
This cold spaghetti salad is very simple to make, full of flavor, and it never fails to satisfy, so I truly like cooking it. This recipe is often the topic of conversation at the dinner table. In reality, I had only recently traveled there for a BBQ at my niece's place on Labor Day. It was the first salad to disappear and was adored by everyone. Cucumbers and tomatoes add a touch of extra freshness to this dish, making it absolutely unique. Once you try it, you'll want to make it frequently and never forget how delicious it is.
Despite the fact that this is a salad, I usually serve it with my appetizer menu since it combines well with so many hot and cold appetizer dishes, such as meatballs, chicken wings, seafood dishes, turkey and ham sandwiches, which together make a fantastic appetizer menu. It also adds a lot of flavor to your holiday menu without taking a lot of time or effort to prepare. You must have
6 ounces of raw spaghetti
to flavor garlic powder
4 to 6 ounces basil pesto sauce, divided according to taste
Seasoned To taste, add salt and black pepper.
2 chopped and peeled cucumbers
2 to 3 chopped medium tomatoes
Directions
Cook spaghetti as directed on the package; drain and rinse with cool water in a strainer. Drain thoroughly after cooling.
Put the spaghetti in a sizable basin or pan and generously sprinkle with garlic powder. To chilled spaghetti, add roughly 4 ounces of pesto sauce and combine well. Refrigerate. Add tomatoes and cucumbers one hour before serving; season with salt and pepper as desired. Mix thoroughly, making sure the pesto sauce coats all the ingredients. Add more pesto sauce as desired if more is required. Mix thoroughly. Offer chilled. 6 to 8 dishes of yield. Please share this recipe and have fun.
