Pizza is a savory food with Italian origins. It is made from a type of round, flat dough that is baked in the oven and typically topped with cheese and tomato sauce, though other toppings can be added to suit personal preferences. Typically, mozzarella or pizza cheese is used, but other cheeses like parmesan are also acceptable.
Other ingredients frequently used on pizza include meats and sauces like salami and pepperoni, ham, bacon, fruit like pineapple and olives, vegetables such chilies and peppers, onions, mushrooms, and others.

Teflon Coated Nonstick Pizza, Recipe by @enichan |
Ingredients:
- 1.5 teaspoons instant yeast
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 240 ml of hot water
- Wheat flour 200 grams
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- Beef sausage, 4 pieces
- Tomato sauce, 5 tablespoons
- 1 green pepper
- 1 thickly sliced tomato and 1 shredded carrot
- 40 grams of a cheese stick
- Mix 100 cc of warm water with quick yeast and granulated sugar to dissolve. Give it a minute to stand before foam forms.
- Add the yeast water after combining the flour, salt, and oil. As you knead the dough until it is smooth, add the remaining water a bit at a time.
- For one hour, until the dough swells, cover it with a damp cloth.
- Teflon that has been splattered with oil should be prepared. The dough is then spread across the Teflon surface. Spread the dough out evenly by pressing it down and then poking it with a fork.
- Tomato sauce should be spread over the dough before the current toppings (chopped peppers, tomatoes, carrots, and cheese) are added. Toppings can be modified to suit personal preferences.
- On a burner with low heat, bake. Remember to cover the Teflon so that the heat is distributed evenly. Check frequently to prevent burning.
- If it has been cooked, remove it and serve it warm.
